Whether you're an ambitious Senior Associate ready for the next move, a Special Counsel with leadership aspirations, or a Partner seeking greater autonomy, this role offers the platform to build and lead a litigation practice with genuine support.
You'll work alongside a senior Partner with dual expertise in litigation and tax, engaged in a diverse and sophisticated caseload involving commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement, and tax litigation.
What Sets This Opportunity Apart Leadership with vision : A clear pathway to Special Counsel, Associate Director or Director—tailored to your ambitions Build your team : Bring a trusted colleague or develop your team internally with operational support Financially rewarding : Transparent, performance-based bonus structure tied to your practice and billables Strategic matters : High-value disputes involving shareholder claims, cross-border regulatory issues, IP breaches, and more Firm culture : Entrepreneurial, inclusive, and partnership-led; your input is valued and your success supported What They're Looking For 5+ years PAE in commercial litigation with strong strategic and client-facing capabilities Confident running files from end-to-end, managing relationships, and advising across complex disputes A practical leader, capable of mentoring others and contributing to firm-wide growth A portable practice or referral network is welcome but not essential Ambitious individual to contribute to the firm's long-term growth and development Pay and Contact Base pay range: A$180,000.00/yr – A$250,000.00/yr.
This range is provided by The Andersen Partnership; your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
