Project Manager - Commercial

The role of Project Manager - Commercial will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a major construction project.

  • Leading the commercial management of two construction contractors
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Reviewing and recommending early warnings, compensation events, and project manager instructions
  • Managing the variation process and ensuring disputes are minimized and resolved effectively

After an initial period in Manchester, the role will relocate to the Hunterston site. Flexible working arrangements are available.
