This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead the development of HR strategies, policies and procedures tailored to our organization's unique needs.

We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional with minimum 5 years' experience in implementing and leading HR practices and objectives that promote a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, employment costs, performance management and risk mitigation.

The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce, and be able to communicate effectively with employees across diverse cultures. They will also collaborate with the leadership team and senior management to identify organisational gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
