This role requires a balance between strategic HR initiatives and operational activities. You will be part of a large and complex global organisation with a focus on building strong partnerships with leaders across the business.

You'll:

  • Lead complex case management at all levels, providing advice and guidance to leaders - Ensure effective resolution of sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality as required.
  • Oversee HR administration, including payroll, contracts, performance reviews etc. - Manage HR systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assess our leadership capability and create a strategy for capability build - Develop and implement strategies to enhance leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Evaluate our current learning and development programs and provide recommendations for improvement - Analyse training programs and recommend improvements to increase their effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the natural ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders of all levels. The ability to lead positive change and drive sustainability within our function is essential.Also:
  • Experience leading complex case management, with legal support available where necessary - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Demonstrated experience in a broad generalist HR environment - Proven track record of delivering HR services across various business functions.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with proven project management experience - Effective organisational and time management skills to deliver projects on time.
  • A positive attitude and ability to adapt to organisational priorities - Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
