Requirements:

  • To be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.">
  • To demonstrate a high level of professional service and capacity across a wide range of Family and Civil Law proceedings.">
  • To have a minimum of two years of full-time experience, resilience in handling complex cases, including Domestic Violence and Child Protection work.">
