Family and Civil Law Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Family and Civil Law Solicitor to join our team.

  • Must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
  • Should demonstrate a high level of professional service and capacity across a wide range of Family and Civil Law proceedings.
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of full-time experience, resilience in handling complex cases, including Domestic Violence and Child Protection work, and the ability to develop culturally competent service skills.
