We are seeking an experienced Family/Civil Law Legal Practitioner with a strong interest in social justice. This position offers the autonomy to manage workflows without the pressure of billable hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

• You must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland or hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate and be admitted as a Legal Practitioner or Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.
• You should demonstrate a high level of professional service and capacity across a wide range of Family and Civil Law proceedings.
• Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years of full-time experience, resilience in handling complex cases, including Domestic Violence and Child Protection work, and the ability to develop culturally competent service skills.
