Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our implementation team as a trusted advisor and problem solver. You'll work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure our tools to meet their needs.

You'll have the agency to take initiative and shape how we work with customers, influencing not just individual implementations but also our overall approach to customer success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted AI advisor for our customer base.
  • Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure our tools to fit their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions beyond traditional customer support.
Requirements:

We're looking for a business-savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for AI and automation.

  • 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as management consulting or product management.
  • Strong project leadership skills, including organization, proactivity, and ownership.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with customers or external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
