About the Role
The Townsville University Hospital Campus Manager (Emergency Coordinator) is a senior operational leadership position responsible for ensuring the highest standard of functional service delivery and achievement of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate the immediate response to internal or external emergency events at the TUH campus.
- Provide operational leadership to ensure the highest standard of functional service delivery.
- Responsible for the facilities management of community health facilities across Townsville.
- Manage a team of approximately 100 staff within the Campus Operations portfolio.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or accounting (highly regarded).
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2) (highly regarded).
- Experience in the health service delivery environment (highly regarded).
- Possession of a class C drivers' licence.
- Probation period may apply.
What's on Offer
- Generous remuneration package value up to $161,717 p.a.
- Salary range of $ to $ p.f.
- 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading.
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
