About the Role

The Townsville University Hospital Campus Manager (Emergency Coordinator) is a senior operational leadership position responsible for ensuring the highest standard of functional service delivery and achievement of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate the immediate response to internal or external emergency events at the TUH campus.
  • Provide operational leadership to ensure the highest standard of functional service delivery.
  • Responsible for the facilities management of community health facilities across Townsville.
  • Manage a team of approximately 100 staff within the Campus Operations portfolio.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or accounting (highly regarded).
  • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2) (highly regarded).
  • Experience in the health service delivery environment (highly regarded).
  • Possession of a class C drivers' licence.
  • Probation period may apply.

  • 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading.
