Lead Credit Specialist Job

At our company, we seek an experienced credit specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing due and overdue accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and enforcing trading terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Obtain credit references, provide details of customer credit claims/disputes, and settle reconciliations for customer accounts.
  • Administration/Office Support: Release held sales orders, ensure no orders are released for customers with debts past 60+ days without approval, and complete other tasks as requested by the Manager and/or National Credit Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Customer focus team and credit collections.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • A logical and proactive approach to work.
