Industrial Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a diverse team, promoting accountability and company values
- Manage daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals
- Maintain safety and compliance by managing hazards and equipment standards
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving
- Work closely with Engineering, Logistics, Technical Support, Warehouse, and Customer Service for smooth workflows
- Promote open communication and teamwork across all operational teams
- Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Industrial Technology, or a Certificate IV/Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Proven experience managing service and/or production teams in industrial equipment or related industries, including multi-site or large-scale operations
- Demonstrated ability in implementing and sustaining LEAN or similar continuous improvement frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, coupled with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, integrity, and teamwork
