Operations Director

The role of Operations Director is a pivotal position within the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational functions of the business. This individual will ensure all units under their scope operate efficiently and in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership to direct reports.
- Promote the translation of business vision into measurable operational outcomes.
- Foster continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability across the organization.
This role demands a strong understanding of sales operations, BOQ/production estimating, drafting & design, and admin support functions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field (highly desirable).
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in leadership roles within the residential building industry.
- Proven track record in an Operations/Production/General Management capacity.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. They will also exhibit commercial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
