Job Overview

A seasoned technical professional is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and services to clients using Dynamics 365.

About the Role

As a skilled consultant, you will work on multiple projects with various client accounts, utilizing your expertise in D365 CE and previous Dynamics CRM versions. You will possess strong communication skills, particularly in customer workshops, and be able to establish working rapport with business and technical customers.

You will be comfortable away from code and understand the distinction between the role of a Consultant versus someone who is just a Developer. Additionally, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve at least Australian Baseline clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive experience with D365 CE and previous Dynamics CRM versions
  • Solid knowledge of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing; Field Service, Power Apps Portal experience highly desirable
  • Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS and Azure technologies
  • Working knowledge of data migration methods
  • Advanced understanding of integration concepts
  • Experience in typical delivery methodologies
