Product Specialist Role

About the Position

We seek a skilled technical professional to provide expert support, training, and guidance across our industry-leading hardware and software solutions.

As a key member of our team, your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, enhance product knowledge, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-house and on-site technical assistance, training, and installations for leading hardware and software products.
  • Deliver technical support to internal staff, dealers, and end users, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service standards.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of hardware and software products, as well as competitor analysis, to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Manage demonstration equipment and related supplies stock for testing and events, maintaining accurate records and optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training content for our academy and run sessions at our clinics, engaging with participants and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Offer colour profiling solutions and collaborate with media vendors to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Support sales efforts with product demonstrations, sample creation, and valuable technical insights, positioning our products effectively in the market.
  • Represent our organization at tradeshows, dealer events, and training sessions, projecting a professional image and promoting our brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated technical experience with hardware/software products and proficiency in common design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training (desirable).
