We are currently seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at our indoor play centre.

  • Develop and execute strategies for coordinating birthday parties and events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.
  • Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere by interacting with children and their families.
  • Spearhead the setup, maintenance, and operation of the play centre and cafe, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by handling food and beverage orders and resolving queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain inventory levels, guaranteeing seamless operation of the cafe and minimising waste.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Promote and up-sell party packages and additional services, driving revenue growth.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to increase business and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably within the hospitality or kids-related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, are essential.
