About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Centre Manager who leads with heart, vision, and operational excellence. You'll oversee daily operations, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure our centre continues to deliver exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and support a team of educators
  • Ensure full compliance with NQS, EYLF, and regulatory frameworks
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
  • Manage rosters, enrolments, reporting, and centre administration
  • Uphold and promote our centre's philosophy, policies, and values

About You

We're looking for a leader who brings warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to quality early learning.

You'll have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and experience developing a QIP
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A genuine passion for creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
