Lead Centre Manager

We are seeking a strong and experienced leader to join our team as the CEO of your campus. As the chief operating officer, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the centre with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to take autonomy for running the business and develop your leadership style. We support you through mentorship and training to empower Directors to become effective leaders.
The centre features two dedicated outdoor play areas with vegetable gardens, flower beds and shade structures. Six age-based indoor spaces are designed to encourage learning and safe exploration, including explorations and community connections within the local area.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong educational background in early childhood education or a related field.
- Experience as a leader in an early learning setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
