**Job Description**:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Kids Indoor Playground and Cafe Venue. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for children, while ensuring excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the venue staff, including play area attendants, cafe staff, and party hosts.

Assisting with training and onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Monitoring the play areas and cafe to ensure they are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Assisting with customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all visitors.

Managing inventory, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Assisting with planning and hosting special events, parties, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Training directing and checking staff jobs while enforcing company policies and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- A passion for working with children, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for their development and enjoyment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to children's play areas.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including our peak times which are weekends, public & school holidays. The role requires working every weekend. Shifts generally run 9-5:30 with the occasional function that runs 4:30-6:30pm
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $24.00 per hour
