We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our dynamic team at the University of New South Wales. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital content creation, strategy, and execution to drive engagement and growth across our web platforms.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement innovative digital content strategies that meet the evolving needs of our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered experiences that drive consideration and conversion.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform content development and optimize performance across owned channels.
  • Maintain and refine our content architecture, ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Experience Manager and other enterprise systems.
  • Contribute to the development of our comprehensive digital experience strategy, aligned with UNSW's mission and goals.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital content creation, strategy, and execution in a regulated environment.
  • Substantial experience with Adobe AEM, Figma, and other digital content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing collaboration software like Wrike, Trello, or Jira.
  • A tertiary qualification in digital communications, marketing, or a related field.
