Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Solutions Group as Technology and Innovation Manager.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning for customer technology adoption, managing a dynamic team, and achieving sales targets.

Our team supports over 8000 connected machines with Productivity, Safety, and Equipment Management solutions. As Technology and Innovation Manager, you will drive the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance customer experience and expand market penetration for technology and services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Surveying, Engineering, or Machine Control and Guidance qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers to assess, analyze, and resolve complex issues
