Our mission is to empower educators and enrich learning experiences for children through technology.
About the Role:This is a leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering our education technology strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer to ensure that our education platform scales globally while empowering educators and enhancing learning outcomes for children.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead innovation across multiple interconnected platforms serving 8,700+ childcare services.
- Develop solutions that create meaningful connections between families and their child's learning journey, enable educators to focus on care rather than paperwork, and provide the best possible early education experience.
- Previous leadership experience in a multi-region SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on, embedding best practices, and driving high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A mindset focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
