About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team at IEPro Recruitment. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil infrastructure projects, including flood recovery works, road upgrades, and bulk earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver projects successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including safety reports and quality control documentation.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR/roads/drainage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of TMR &/or RMS Projects and standards.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Relevant industry qualifications are advantageous.
