Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team at Civil Services Group. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction of road infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the construction of road infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and other transportation infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members, to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure that projects are being completed in accordance with the project plan and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop and implement contingency plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including road design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Project and Asana.
  • Experience with construction management software, including Procore and Buildertrend.
