Marketing Campaign Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of customer lifecycle communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and possess strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance. Additionally, you will be detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for delivering seamless experiences to customers.

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination:
    • Build and schedule multi-channel CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Set up customer journeys, automations, segments, and A/B tests.
  • Reporting & Optimisation:
    • Track and report on campaign performance, including open rates, clicks, and conversions.
    • Use insights to make recommendations and improve future campaigns.
