Marketing Automation Specialist Job Description

This role will work as part of a global organisation to achieve business and brand objectives. The position will participate in the launch and establishment of global brands, specialising in marketing and communication automation, owned, earned and paid digital and social media platforms.

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within the organisation that requires expertise in marketing and communication automation, data-driven campaigns, and customer journeys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up automated communications, building communication templates, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools, sending marketing and operational communications, and managing and implementing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in marketing automation and HubSpot.
  • Set up automated communications in HubSpot.
  • Build communication templates in HubSpot.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to create data-driven campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Send marketing and operational communications from HubSpot.
  • Manage and implement all SEM campaigns to increase visibility and conversations through paid search efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and communication automation, data analysis, and campaign management. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a customer-focused approach.
