Marketing Automation Specialist Role Overview

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering timely and personalized campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and push. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of customer lifecycle communications.

  • Develop and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Set up customer journeys, automations, segments, and A/B tests
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to maintain campaign calendars and ensure on-time delivery across key programs and promotions
Key Responsibilities

• Build and schedule multi-channel CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Set up customer journeys, automations, segments, and A/B tests

• Collaborate with designers to brief and review assets

• Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and campaign experience

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience with Marketing Automation Platforms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization skills and high level of energy and self-motivation

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
