About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder and Architect to join our team as a Topline Planning Expert. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Anaplan-based solutions to support our top-line planning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our FP&A team to manage Anaplan-based implementation projects end-to-end.
  • Lead functional design workshops, prototyping solutions, and deploying Anaplan solutions with our partners.
  • Be part of our Anaplan Centre of Excellence and lead architect on components of our connected planning suite.
  • Evolving Anaplan models to support the wider Atlassian team, promoting Anaplan model governance principles and applying best-in-class design and approach to Anaplan model building.
  • Work with several Data Analytics teams around the business to identify and integrate accurate data into our Anaplan models.
  • Help develop documentation and training materials for our Anaplan end-users and support them in their day-to-day use of the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a system analyst or similar role using Anaplan.
  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (or higher) and experience delivering and supporting Anaplan solutions to large user bases.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting and financial reporting, with a specialty in revenue and top-line analytics.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

  • Zone A: $135,300 - $180,400
  • Zone B: $121,700 - $162,300
  • Zone C: $112,300 - $149,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
