Job Title: Data Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at 3tconsulting. As a Data Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the data architecture of our clients, ensuring that their data is well-organized, secure, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data architecture strategies that align with business objectives and ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Design and implement data models that support business intelligence, data analytics, and data science initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies that ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve data management and analytics.
  • Lead data architecture projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain data architecture documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in data architecture, data governance, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with senior executives and leaders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with data governance principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
  • Experience with emerging data technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
