Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years experience as a Project Architect in Australia.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with team, client, and consultants.
  • Advanced Revit and 3D modelling skills + Microsoft Office.
  • Strong practical working knowledge of BCA/NCC.
  • Competency in DA & CC construction detailing and documentation.
  • Proficiency in ESD and practical integration into design + documentation.
  • Ability to define and work within agreed timeframes.
  • Strong organisational skills including time and systems management.
  • Developed presentation abilities using Indesign, Lumion, Rhino or other.
  • Enthusiasm for achieving quality results and satisfied stakeholders.
