Job Title

**Trademark Assistant Role**

  • We are seeking a Trademark Assistant to join our leading Trademarks team based in Melbourne.

This is a part-time on-going position, minimum 3 days per week, based in our Melbourne Office. This position would ideally suit a first or second year law student, who is keen to gain excellent work experience alongside their studies, in a top tier corporate law firm.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for a particular area of the Trademark Administration group, including associated file management tasks.

This is a business critical role and requires exceptional attention to detail. You will liaise with trademark lawyers, clients, foreign associates/agents and the offices of IP Australia, IPONZ and WIPO.
