**Job Overview**

Work Mantra is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to provide exceptional guest service and ensure cleanliness in assigned areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing allocated guest rooms, adhering to department and hotel standards, reporting any maintenance issues, and restocking trolleys at the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing all allocated guest rooms
  • Cleaning of guest rooms adhering to the standards required by the department and hotel
  • Reporting any maintenance issues
  • Re-stock and clean trolleys at the end of each shift

  • Ability to work varied shifts where no day is the same
  • Capacity to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional guest service
