Occupational Violence Prevention Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coordinator to join our team in occupational violence prevention. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of key safety initiatives at our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, manage logistics, and support stakeholder engagement.
- Provide essential administrative, scheduling, and coordination support across the occupational violence program.
- Contribute to project success, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Possess a strong focus on work health and safety, particularly occupational violence, psychological hazards, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the coordination of projects or workstreams within complex organizations, ideally in health, emergency services, safety, or government settings.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including frontline workers, unions, vendors, and support functions.
- Demonstrate strong skills in managing competing priorities, tracking tasks, and supporting project governance through planning, scheduling, and reporting.
