Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coordinator to join our team in occupational violence prevention. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of key safety initiatives at our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, manage logistics, and support stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide essential administrative, scheduling, and coordination support across the occupational violence program.
  • Contribute to project success, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong focus on work health and safety, particularly occupational violence, psychological hazards, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the coordination of projects or workstreams within complex organizations, ideally in health, emergency services, safety, or government settings.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including frontline workers, unions, vendors, and support functions.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in managing competing priorities, tracking tasks, and supporting project governance through planning, scheduling, and reporting.
