Tasmania Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at TOMRA in Tasmania.
This is a fixed-term contract role until May 2025, with a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office in delivering a master project consisting of multiple short programs with quick turn-around projects.
You will assess and install multiple TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines throughout Tasmania, ensuring compliance requirements are met while working to critical deadlines.
- Create and maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and coordinate communications with the wider project team.
- Assess proposed sites for safety, functionality, and certification, assisting the Audit Team with compiling site reports.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, local councils, consultants, internal sales teams, and other stakeholders within the Service department.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or property development industries.
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines including OH&S.
