Queens Domain, Australia Tomra Full time

At TOMRA, we're committed to Clean Loop Recycling. Our reverse vending technology helps collect used drink containers, ensuring they're turned back into containers again. This is part of our continuous recycling process, which we call Clean Loop Recycling. It helps reduce resources, energy waste, and ensures containers don't end up in oceans, streets, or landfills.

We're collecting containers across Australia with state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in various states. As a 'Looper' at TOMRA, you'll work with a team passionate about doing good for the environment and community.

TOMRA is an equal opportunity employer, recognizing diversity in our workforce and community. We're committed to building on the perspectives, experience, knowledge, and skills that diversity brings to our organization.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll support the Project Management Office in delivering a master project. This project consists of multiple short programs with quick turnaround, involving the assessment and installation of TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines throughout Tasmania.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation
  • Monitoring project progress and coordinating communications with the project team
  • Assessing proposed sites for safety, functionality, and certifying they meet site requirements
  • Liaising with vendors, contractors, local councils, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction or property development
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle
