**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team in Tasmania. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-volume projects across multiple sites throughout the state.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with experience in construction, engineering, or a related field. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office and MS Project, with a valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the project manager in coordinating project activities, including site assessments, documentation, and communication with stakeholders* Collaborate with vendors, contractors, local councils, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects* Conduct site visits to assess suitability of leads received from the sales team and advise on necessary steps for installation* Create project reports, scope of works briefs, and safety documents as required* Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored* Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and project updates* Manage contractors to ensure they work safely, efficiently, and within budget* Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by the project manager*

**Requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field
- Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or property development industries
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Have a valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
