Senior Beauty Advisor

Sepha is part of the Global Luxury Goods Conglomerate, expanding the way the world sees beauty by empowering each individual. With circa 35 stores and an online platform, we offer diverse store opportunities and a head office in Sydney CBD.

The role of Senior Beauty Advisor involves supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise team performance and capability through coaching and development.
  • Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Foster open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience across profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
  • Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the brand.
