Key Job Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • You will be responsible for driving a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • You will utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • You will facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • You will serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • An ability to work a rotating roster to support store needs.
