As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will lead by example, showcasing exceptional leadership skills, coaching, and supporting the growth and development of your team members. Driving a selling culture and consistently exceeding KPIs are crucial responsibilities, requiring meticulous planning and execution.

  • Deliver a seamless client experience through personalized service and product recommendations.

  • Coach and develop your team to achieve individual and store goals.

As the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC), you will confidently make informed decisions while maintaining open communication with your team.

To succeed in this position, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for innovation, leadership, and teamwork is also essential.

Eligibility and Working Arrangement

We welcome candidates who are available to work a rotating roster, as we strive to support the store's needs. Previous retail management experience is highly valued, particularly in areas such as profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary for interpreting and inputting data for daily reporting.

If you are a hands-on leader with a drive for results and a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, we encourage you to apply. As our busiest days of trade occur between Thursday and Sunday, the ideal candidate should be able to provide five full days of availability across key trading times.
