Role Description

As a Floor Manager, you will be part of the management team at our Mt Gravatt store, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Set a strong example for your team by embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Promote a selling culture that exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently enhance the performance and capabilities of your team through coaching and development support.
  • Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions by collaborating closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Foster open communication within your team by providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with the Management team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact when serving as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters within a fast-paced environment, making informed store decisions with confidence.
Responsibilities Scope

In this role, you will have opportunities to work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

You will receive comprehensive onboarding training and ongoing learning opportunities through Sephora's unique online platform and field trainers to help clients discover the company's offerings.
