Leadership Opportunity in Prestige Beauty Retail

We are seeking a passionate Zone Manager to lead our store in QLD on a part-time basis at 30 hours per week.

  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
  • Drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
