Client Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. This exciting opportunity will see you working on high-profile competitions and promotions for household TV shows and brands.
You will be the trusted advisor to senior clients, collaborating closely with our internal creative team to deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within an agency, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a proactive mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that meet client objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead campaign strategy and execution, identifying new business opportunities
- Mentor junior staff to grow our team's capabilities
- Collaborate across agencies to deliver integrated solutions
To succeed as our Senior Account Manager, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in account management within an agency
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a team
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak persuasively and confidently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Proactive mindset
- Knowledge of strategy, design, partnership & budgets
Experience with competitions and promotions, retail activations or shopper agencies is desirable.
