Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage everyday payroll tasks including entering new employees, updating employment details and ensuring the payroll system is accurately kept up to date.
The Role
You will be responsible for daily payroll processing tasks which involve:
- Processing employee termination pays
- Entering new employees and updating employment details
- Updating leave log and scanning documents
- Checking and uploading timesheets and responding to wage queries
- Ensuring accurate data entry skills and maintaining high attention to detail
- Providing project support as required
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Payroll Administration Tasks
You will need to possess the following key qualifications and skills:
- High proficiency in Windows Office, specifically MS Excel
- Experience using MicrOpay or alternate Payroll System
- Proven experience in payroll administration
- Demonstrated ability to interpret multiple awards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
