In this role, you will drive new business revenue through a SaaS license model by strategically managing accounts, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities within a key Federal Government Customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and Nurturing Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product lines.
  • Account Management and Collaboration
    • Manage client relationships and collaborate with a broad virtual team—including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success Resources, Partners, and Marketing—to develop and implement effective account strategies.
  • Trusted Advisor
    • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of your customers' businesses to guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap.
  • Specialist Identification and Involvement
    • Identify and involve the appropriate specialists or support resources at crucial stages of the sales process.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience in software or solution sales organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, negotiating deals, and sustaining strong relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and goals.
  • Ability to grasp and contribute to broader IT strategies and organizational plans.
  • Experienced in fostering a customer-centric approach within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
