About the Role

HubSpot is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Account Executive to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer success in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase engagement and usage of the HubSpot platform
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, guiding them through the sales process
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Deliver product demonstrations online and occasionally in person
  • Collaborate with internal champions and stakeholders to drive sales
  • Work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies to new features and products
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of SAAS sales experience in a role with quotas, targeting companies with under 500 employees
  • Experience in navigating complex sales environments with a collaborative approach
  • Skilled in presenting and pitching business transformations to C-level executives
  • Capable of managing monthly and annual sales pipelines with precision in forecasting
  • Driven by goals, consistently achieving monthly and yearly targets
  • Trained in standardized sales techniques, such as the Sandler method
  • Proven track record of driving results and being resilient in challenging sales scenarios
  • Approach challenges with a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset
