Support Worker Enrolled Nurse Role

This role is for individuals who wish to provide support and care to people with disabilities, whilst also developing their skills in disability services. The Support Worker Enrolled Nurse will be working closely with a team of experienced professionals, assisting with daily living tasks, providing personal care, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and care to people with disabilities, promoting independence and enabling them to live fulfilling lives
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using online systems
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each client

Requirements:

  • Appropriate certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services/Individual Support or equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry
  • Valid NSW Driver's License, with ability to drive vehicles in license class, including large cars and vans
  • Ability to lift 10 kilograms unassisted
