Temporary Housing Administrator

This temporary full-time role offers a unique opportunity to support people living with a disability.

  • Process requests in tenancy management system (Chintaro)
  • Answer and transfer calls from customers, contractors, and other external stakeholders
  • Respond to housing maintenance requests
  • Process invoices
  • Maintenance scheduling and record keeping
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role essential
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Personable and empathetic nature with excellent customer service skills

About the Role:

You will be responsible for processing requests, answering calls, and responding to maintenance requests. You will also process invoices and maintain records.
