Job Summary:

School House Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Learning & Enrichment (K-12) at one of our partner schools in Western Sydney.

About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary leader who can develop, implement, and evaluate the K-12 curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of policies, procedures, and interventions supporting the teaching and learning of students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive K-12 curriculum that aligns with educational standards and best practices.
  • Lead the development of policies, procedures, and interventions supporting the teaching and learning of students with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for teachers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain).
  • Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain) including WHV or Skilled Migrant Visa.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
