This role seeks a seasoned Mental Health professional with expertise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health to fill a crucial position within our organization.
Main Responsibilities- To deliver family-based interventions and therapeutic models by applying early intervention principles to infants, children, adolescents (0-18 years), and their families/carers.
- Provide in-depth guidance and education to enhance service delivery and support colleagues in providing exceptional service, with the capacity to offer clinical supervision to other staff members.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes, and lead ongoing quality enhancement activities with other team members.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including risk and management for acute/non-acute cases.
