The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technician to join our team as a Building Management System Service Specialist. This is a key position that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a BMS Service Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining building management systems. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

This role involves working on various tasks such as managing breakdowns, conducting fault finding and troubleshooting, programming and commissioning of building management and control systems, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be highly knowledgeable about products, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in electrical or mechanical HVAC or instrumentation or controls and be familiar with building management systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and maintain building management systems
  • Manage breakdowns and conduct fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Program and commission building management and control systems
  • Ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of building management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in electrical or mechanical HVAC or instrumentation or controls
  • Familiarity with building management systems
