Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Professional to ensure our outdoor spaces and facilities remain in excellent condition.

This is a part-time role, 30 hours per week, requiring someone who takes pride in maintaining gardens, lawns, and communal areas, as well as performing routine repairs and maintenance.

  • Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces (mowing, weeding, hedging, etc.).
  • Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance across the community.
  • Keep communal areas clean and tidy, including pressure washing and waste removal.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely store and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Assist with trade coordination and community event setups when required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, landscaping or handyman roles.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a positive can-do approach.
  • A valid driver's licence.
